CHI Memorial Medical Group announce Brent Meadows, DO, has joined CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates - Chattanooga. 

After earning a mechanical engineering degree from UTC, Dr. Meadows earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.  He completed his family medicine residency at University of North Carolina Health Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville and Mission Hospital in Asheville, N.C.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has nearly 10 year's experience caring for patients in urgent care, home health, and hospital settings. 

Outside of work, Dr. Meadows enjoys whitewater kayaking, squirt boat freestyle kayaking, steep creek paddling, trail and road running, and snow skiing.

Dr. Meadows joins Liezelle Jurgens, MD, Christine Parker, MD, and Susan Lynch, FNP-C, at CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates – Chattanooga.  The practice is in the Missionary Ridge Medical Tower at 725 Glenwood Dr., Suite E-788,  Chattanooga, TN 37404.  The practice is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.M. - 4:30 p.M.

Sarasota Memorial's Newtown Internal Medicine Practice Opens

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System's new Newtown internal medicine practice officially opened Wednesday. The new practice offers coordinated care to patients 18 and older and is staffed by resident physicians and attending board-certified internal medicine physicians on staff at Sarasota Memorial. The resident physicians are medical doctors who have completed medical school and are completing their specialty training in the FSU College of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program at Sarasota Memorial. The practice is open 8:30 a.M.-4:30 p.M. Weekdays, by appointment. It is not a walk-in clinic and does not offer urgent or emergency medical care. Most insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted, while free and discounted care is available to uninsured patients on a sliding fee scale based on need. The practice is located at 1825 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Way, Sarasota.
